New YouTube Video: Longer Lashes & Softer Skin with natural products

It's been a really really long time since I have posted a video on YouTube, but finally, a video is here. It's just a rather short video on how to use Sweet Oil with Almond or Castor Oil to protect, strengthen, and grow longer lashes naturally.  I know that winter can make skin very dry and easily irritable- therefore- if you like, you can try olive oil. In a couple of days, or even over night, you can feel the wonderful difference in your skin. It will become much more soft, glowing, and cost effective. I do not have much music in my computer, therefore I audio swap a song from YouTube, and surprisingly, it is very nice to listen to ( I haven't listen to the whole song because it is still loading). To read my previous post on using the 2 products in the video to help grow longer lashes, Castor Oil vs. Sweet Oil w/Almond for longer lashes!

Happy Birthday <3 mom! Tonight well, the 31st is or was my mother's birthday ( I would have forgotten if my sister did not mention it) and we did the very Asian thing to do- eat a buffet. Delicious! Salmon shashimi, sushi, oysters, crawfish, seaweed, fruits... worth every $13+ tax.

As for makeup, it will be one of my top 5 priorities this year, to practice as much as I can. I was very inspired by the Pixiwoo's sister and her New Years Eve look (with the silver glitter & simple eyes). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do it tonight, but here's the video. They are one of my top 2 or 3 gurus to watch because their accents are incredibly beautiful to listen to, not to mention they are gorgeous without makeup, but you can learn so much in one video!

Happy new years 2011 everyone! I have mixed feelings about 2011 for me, I do not feel too ecstatic about it, more like hesitant and nervous, but I want and will stand tall and strong in my obstacles.

Review: Maybelline's Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

Maybelline's Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner   in  Blackest Black  is very creamy and super gentle when applied to the lids, not to mention the brush is definitely a great add in as well. I remember when I first bought the L'oreal Hip Gel Eyeliner, the tiny brush that came with it was super stiff and horrible, but this brush is more flexible and it can be use to fling your winged eyeliners and such.  Would I repurchase this product again?  Yes, I really want to   eggplant .  In terms of staying power, I have really oily lids, so when I had this on the other day, it lasted a lot longer than I thought (although I don't remember how many hours, definitely not 24 though because I could tell part of the liner was fading).  I'm sure if you apply an eye primer base or your concealer, it would last a very long time.    I took this picture right after I bought the product because I was so excited to try it since it had ...

Can a $2 castor oil product make your eyelashes grow?! Or is it a magical "potion?"

Has anyone heard of CASTOR OIL? ( bottle on the right) I came across this product when I searched on YouTube for ways to help eyelashes grow other than the vaseline I was trying, (well, I didn't want to spend $40 on Rapidlash). I had another YTuber who was using castor oil + olive oil  to enhance her lash growth and thought, why not try it?!    I tried it for a couple weeks but it didn't really make an impact on me. But now, I have returned! and is trying just Castor Oil only this time =) However, I'm doing a mini eyelashes experiment to compare the growth between Castor oil ( will be apply to the right eye) and Sweet Almond Oil (left eye) for 1 month.  Read below to see the benefits of this versatile oil and if my eyelashes even grew between the 2. What is CASTOR OIL? According to Skinverse , Castor Oil is extracted from the seeds of the castor oil (ricinus communis), its color is pale yellow and rather transparent, sort of just like olive oil. It doesn't r...

First Goodbye

This specific day I said goodbye to something, the first of its kind in my life.It is difficult to let go when something has become part of your life and you will not be the same after it is gone.  I will do my best to focus on other things in my life and getting things done.  I don't regret it though, I'm grateful because we are not rocks nor stones that are untouchable and life brings us events and people to change our lives. Thank you for everything you have given me I now have a thing for rings and earrings, long earrings. The one above is my favorite (Charlotte Russe), it reminds me of mango leaves for some reason and  that leads to the book The House on Mango Street that I will read by the end of this year. Have you ever been in an experience where you never want to be in ever again? I never want to be so cold again, therefore, I always wear a small camsole (is that right?) inside all of my shirts.  I think i'm kind of into lacey clothing items. ...
